Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communication Specialist to provide customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing effective solutions and conducting root cause analysis
  • Resolve internal and external customer inquiries related to payments, inventory, funding, and general concerns
  • Meet Quality Assurance program objectives and contribute to improving procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Associate's degree preferred, but not required
  • Background in banking, finance, or accounting strongly preferred
  • Experience with ancillary products such as GAP and related F&I products is a plus
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
