Job Summary
A company is looking for a Communication Specialist to provide customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing effective solutions and conducting root cause analysis
- Resolve internal and external customer inquiries related to payments, inventory, funding, and general concerns
- Meet Quality Assurance program objectives and contribute to improving procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Associate's degree preferred, but not required
- Background in banking, finance, or accounting strongly preferred
- Experience with ancillary products such as GAP and related F&I products is a plus
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
