Job Summary

To enhance customer experiences, the full-time Communication Specialist will resolve inquiries related to payments and inventory, provide support through various channels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to payments, inventory, and general concerns through phone, email, and chat
  • Partner with Shared Services teams to identify solutions and assist with process improvements
  • Meet Quality Assurance and performance expectations while building strong relationships with dealerships and leadership
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Associate's degree preferred, but not required
  • Background in banking, finance, or accounting strongly preferred
  • Experience with ancillary products such as GAP and related F&I products is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
