Job Summary
To enhance customer experiences, the full-time Communication Specialist will resolve inquiries related to payments and inventory, provide support through various channels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries related to payments, inventory, and general concerns through phone, email, and chat
- Partner with Shared Services teams to identify solutions and assist with process improvements
- Meet Quality Assurance and performance expectations while building strong relationships with dealerships and leadership
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Associate's degree preferred, but not required
- Background in banking, finance, or accounting strongly preferred
- Experience with ancillary products such as GAP and related F&I products is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
