Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Communication Specialist will engage with reporters on sensitive workplace concerns via inbound calls, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Engage reporters with care, instilling confidence in the handling of their information
• Answer calls promptly and follow the intake process, exercising good judgment to meet caller needs
• Lead guided interviews to capture detailed and accurate reports while maintaining strict confidentiality

Required qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills with a strong results orientation
• Ability to demonstrate emotional resilience in distressing situations
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
• Experience using MS Office and navigating proprietary software applications
• Weekend availability, with the ability to work at least one weekend day per week
