Job Summary
To support a high-performance team, the remote Communication Specialist will manage inbound calls regarding confidential workplace concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience while capturing sensitive information accurately and with care.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage reporters with care, ensuring their information is handled confidentially and their experience is prioritized
- Conduct guided interviews with callers, asking relevant questions to accurately document their experiences
- Assist with special projects and maintain schedule flexibility in a 24/7 operational environment
Required qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service skills with a strong focus on results
- Emotional resilience to remain composed in distressing situations
- Weekend availability, with a commitment to work at least one weekend day per week
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM and proficiency in MS Office
- Comfort in a fast-paced, candid work environment that values innovation and healthy debate
