Key Responsibilities

• Manage publication and website content, including newsletters, manuals, and training materials
• Support the Program Education Plan through effective communication strategies
• Ensure accuracy and clarity of all published materials and web content, obtaining necessary approvals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Web Design, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
• 2+ years of client services, account management, or project management experience in a healthcare communications setting
• Experience in publications and publication planning
