Communications Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Communications Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop communication strategies for new hires during the onboarding phase
• Assess the effectiveness of communications and recommend improvements based on stakeholder feedback
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance new hire materials and present findings to internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• At least 3 years of teaching and curriculum design experience
• Professional experience in creating communications and marketing content is preferred
• Training on the integration and application of artificial intelligence (AI) tools for corporate communications is preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Canva
