Job Summary

Communications Analyst, responsible for examining and analyzing calls related to investigations within a correctional agency, working full-time in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze call recordings, identifying key messages and escalating relevant intelligence
• Notify senior staff of any immediate dangers or misconduct discovered during call analysis
• Proofread translated materials for accuracy and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Functional typing skills
• Ability to work in a secured team environment
