Communications Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Communications Analyst will examine and analyze calls and video visits for state agencies related to various investigations while ensuring compliance with targeted requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze call recordings to identify key phrases and escalate intelligence regarding unlawful activities
• Monitor multiple video sessions simultaneously, ensuring all requirements are met and taking necessary actions based on observations
• Translate and proofread materials while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in communication

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to communicate effectively in a second language is preferred
• Experience in a secured team environment
• Strong proofreading skills with attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation
