Communications Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for examining and analyzing calls and video visits for state agencies, the full-time Communications Analyst will work remotely to identify key information, escalate intelligence, and ensure compliance with targeted requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze call recordings and video sessions for compliance and intelligence gathering
• Identify and escalate potential unlawful activities or threats based on call and video analysis
• Translate materials accurately while maintaining original meaning and proofread for accuracy

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to communicate effectively in a second language is preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong listening skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in a secured environment
