Communications Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for analyzing calls and video visits for state agencies, the full-time remote Communications Analyst will examine recordings for intelligence related to investigations, ensuring compliance with targeted requirements and escalating issues as necessary.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze calls and video sessions for compliance and intelligence related to various investigations
• Identify and escalate potential unlawful activities or risks based on analyzed recordings
• Translate materials accurately while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring proper documentation

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to communicate effectively in a second language (preferred)
• Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
• Experience in a secured team environment
