Communications Analyst - Loan Servicing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Messagepoint Communications Analyst in Loan Servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main influencer regarding letter programming logic and maintain new servicing operations letters
• Coordinate letter programming requirements with business teams and manage project lists based on business needs
• Provide project status updates to stakeholders and identify project risks and issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years' experience in mortgage servicing, document programming, and/or MSP data files
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Experience with Black Knight MSP Online Letter Writer tool is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and time-tracking tools
