Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Produce consistent, high-quality content across various channels including email, blogs, and social media
• Collaborate with UX designers to develop content for web and mobile experiences
• Implement and maintain a content strategy informed by customer insights and data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or PR (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or digital marketing (preferred)
• Willingness to learn about financial services and digital content creation
• Experience in managing concurrent projects and working with multiple stakeholders
• Copyediting experience with adherence to brand guidelines and standards
