Job Summary
Supporting a federal public health client, the full-time Communications and Content Specialist will develop, edit, and manage accessible materials for public health programs, including web content and stakeholder communications, in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, edit, and maintain technical and public-facing content related to public health
- Prepare clearance-ready documents and materials for stakeholder engagement and program updates
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and compliance with client requirements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in communications, technical writing, or public health content development
- Experience developing written materials for technical or public health audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise, audience-appropriate products
