Job Summary

Leading strategic communications and donor engagement efforts, the full-time salaried Communications and Development Manager will oversee organizational communications, brand management, and fundraising support in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the organization's communications calendar and produce mission-driven content across various platforms
• Support grant proposal development and manage donor stewardship and fundraising communications
• Collaborate with staff to gather impact stories and coordinate communications workflows

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in nonprofit communications, development, or related work
• Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills
• Experience with platforms such as Constant Contact, Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Teams
• Comfort working in a fully remote and collaborative environment
