• 1-3 years of professional experience in a communications agency, PR firm, or similar environment
• Demonstrated success in media relations and building reporter relationships
• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clean, compelling drafts
• Proven project management ability, organized and deadline-driven
• Familiarity with education or social impact preferred, with a willingness to build subject matter expertise
