Communications Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Specialist, Communications will develop and execute communications campaigns, creating materials such as newsletters, press releases, and presentations to enhance employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce a variety of communication materials, including newsletters and presentations
• Manage small projects by tracking deliverables and maintaining editorial calendars
• Collaborate with the communications team to ensure effective messaging and adherence to AP style

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in communications or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Strong writing and copy editing skills with the ability to convey complex concepts concisely
