Job Summary

Proactive and adaptable, the full-time Communications Associate will execute communications strategies, manage media relationships, and streamline workflows while collaborating closely with senior leaders and marketing teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to influence communications strategy and planning
• Manage reporter relationships, pitch story angles, and oversee project management within the communications function
• Audit and recommend improvements for internal workflows to enhance team efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in communications, PR, or a related field, preferably in agency or tech environments
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Familiarity with AI tools as part of daily workflow
• Experience with project management and collaboration platforms
• Highly organized and resourceful, with the ability to multitask across competing priorities
