Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to create and manage B2B communications and marketing materials
- Oversee content creation across various workstreams, including digital communications
- Drive work process improvements and optimize workflows using emerging technologies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years of property casualty insurance or related communications experience
- OR a Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field and at least five years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated people leadership experience
- Experience with content management systems and workflow software
- Ability to draft content under time pressure
