Job Summary

Serving as a strategic communications advisor, the full-time salaried Communications Business Partner will shape and deliver integrated communication strategies for senior leaders, focusing on executive messaging, internal communications, and change management, while working in a hybrid environment based in Northbrook, IL.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel and develop leadership communication strategies aligned with enterprise priorities
• Lead the creation of executive-level communications, including speeches, presentations, and organizational messages
• Design and execute internal communications strategies to enhance employee engagement and support change initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in corporate, internal, or executive communications within a complex, global organization
• Demonstrated experience providing strategic communications counsel to senior leaders
• Strong experience in developing executive messaging and organization-wide communications
• Proven expertise in change communications and supporting leaders through transformation
