Job Summary
Supporting complex university-wide initiatives, the full-time remote Communications Change Management Specialist will focus on strategic communications and organizational change management to help individuals and teams adapt to changes in processes and technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with program goals and priorities
- Create content and engage with the community to foster understanding and support for change initiatives
- Collaborate with program teams and subject matter experts to facilitate organizational change management activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in communications or organizational change management
- Experience developing communication strategies for complex initiatives in a decentralized environment
- Familiarity with organizational change management concepts and methodologies
- Completion of Prosci Change Management training or a willingness to obtain certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applications like Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
