Communications Change Management Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting complex university-wide initiatives, the full-time remote Communications Change Management Specialist will focus on strategic communications and organizational change management to help individuals and teams adapt to changes in processes and technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with program goals and priorities
• Create content and engage with the community to foster understanding and support for change initiatives
• Collaborate with program teams and subject matter experts to facilitate organizational change management activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in communications or organizational change management
• Experience developing communication strategies for complex initiatives in a decentralized environment
• Familiarity with organizational change management concepts and methodologies
• Completion of Prosci Change Management training or a willingness to obtain certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applications like Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
