Communications Consultant

Job Summary

Leading employee communication initiatives, the remote Communications Consultant will develop and execute strategic, multi-channel communication campaigns that enhance clients' employee engagement and benefits education goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic consultant for employee-facing benefits communications, from initial concept through execution
• Partner with internal teams and clients to create communication strategies, content, and campaign plans
• Translate complex benefits information into clear, engaging messaging across various channels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-8 years of experience in communications, preferably in employee benefits or healthcare
• Experience in a client-facing or consultative environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
