Job Summary

Leading channel and content strategy for advisor-facing communications, the full-time Communications Consultant will ensure a clear and effective experience across all touchpoints while serving as a senior advisor to Distribution leaders and managing multi-channel communication initiatives remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as lead consultant and strategist on enterprise communication initiatives, aligning messaging with business objectives
• Plan and implement multi-channel communication strategies tailored to various audiences, ensuring effective content delivery
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to execute key communication initiatives and support revenue generation efforts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or marketing
• Proven leadership in developing strategic, multi-channel communication programs
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Experience in change leadership and management principles
