Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Coordinator (Junior) to provide support for strategic integrated communications activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coordination support for MC&FP strategic integrated communications activities
  • Assist with cross-directorate collaboration by tracking messaging alignment and shared communication objectives
  • Support execution of outreach and engagement campaigns by monitoring action items, milestones, and deliverables
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting communications, public affairs, outreach, or related coordination activities
  • Experience supporting integrated communications, stakeholder coordination, or campaign execution
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with collaboration platforms, document repositories, and tracking tools
