Job Summary
A company is looking for a Communications Coordinator to provide executive support and manage projects within the Communications & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Communications & Marketing Officer, including scheduling and document preparation
- Manage project workflows and timelines using Asana, ensuring effective collaboration across teams
- Support content development and logistics planning for department initiatives and events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Two to three years of experience supporting communication leaders or senior executives in relevant settings
- Experience with executive support and project management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Salesforce, Asana, and Zoom
- Commitment to economic, racial, gender, and environmental justice
