Job Summary

Leading a company-wide communications strategy, the full-time Communications Director will shape messaging and brand identity across various channels while collaborating with executive leadership and managing a talented communications team in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated communications strategy aligned with business objectives and brand identity
• Serve as a strategic communications advisor to executive leadership and oversee internal and external communications efforts
• Lead the development of digital communications, social media presence, and website content to enhance brand visibility and engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or marketing communications
• Demonstrated experience in developing integrated communications strategies for diverse audiences
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on translating complex topics into clear communications
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, reputation management, and digital communications
