Job Summary
To enhance teammate engagement and communication, the full-time Communications Engagement Manager will develop and execute internal communications strategies, manage content for company-wide announcements, and collaborate with leadership to promote organizational culture, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement an internal communications strategy and enterprise communications calendar
- Draft and distribute company-wide communications, including executive announcements and Town Hall content
- Coordinate and promote teammate engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs and culture campaigns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications
- Experience developing executive-level communications and presentation materials
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
