Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineer II - Communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage telephony projects, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication
- Provide advanced support for telephony platforms and lead system upgrades and migrations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for telephony systems and stay updated on emerging technologies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience with modern cloud-based and legacy telephony systems
- Advanced understanding of telephony technologies, including VoIP and SIP
- Relevant certifications in telephony, networking, or cloud computing are a plus
- Proficiency in desktop tools such as MS Office programs
