Communications Fulfillment Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Fulfillment Program Analyst to collaborate with clients and internal teams to enhance outcomes for homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main influencer for letter programming logic and maintain new servicing operations letters
• Coordinate letter programming requirements and manage project lists to ensure successful implementation
• Create and maintain project plans, track milestones, and communicate project statuses to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years' experience in mortgage servicing, document programming, and/or MSP data files
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and time-tracking tools
• Experience with Black Knight MSP Online Letter Writer tool is a plus
