Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Governance Administrator to support the communications process within the mortgage servicing division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and review customer-facing communication pieces to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Identify areas for improvement in communication processes and propose cost-effective solutions
  • Engage with legal counsel and collaborate with technology partners to optimize compliance solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communication, or equivalent experience
  • Five plus years of experience in mortgage servicing with a focus on compliance and communication processes
  • Three plus years of experience in authoring customer-facing content
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing and compliance regulations
  • Experience with content management tools and project management
