Job Summary
A company is looking for a Communications Governance Administrator to support the communications process within the mortgage servicing division.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review customer-facing communication pieces to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Identify areas for improvement in communication processes and propose cost-effective solutions
- Engage with legal counsel and collaborate with technology partners to optimize compliance solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communication, or equivalent experience
- Five plus years of experience in mortgage servicing with a focus on compliance and communication processes
- Three plus years of experience in authoring customer-facing content
- Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing and compliance regulations
- Experience with content management tools and project management
