Job Summary

Creative and organized, the full-time Communications Graduate will support Chayn's mission by managing social media, newsletters, and campaign communications in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and schedule content for social media channels and write newsletters, blogs, and campaign materials
• Plan and deliver campaigns, resource launches, and organizational announcements while ensuring content is accessible and engaging
• Monitor performance metrics and engage with the online community to enhance outreach and communication strategies

Required qualifications

• Recent graduate in communications, marketing, journalism, media, or a related field
• Strong written English with the ability to communicate sensitive topics clearly
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in digital communications, storytelling, and campaigning
• Understanding of intersectionality and systems of oppression
