Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Manager to join their clinical outreach team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage omnichannel communications for member and provider audiences across various channels
  • Oversee daily monitoring, quality checks, and issue resolution to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage deployment of client-driven and regulatory updates, ensuring timelines and compliance requirements are met
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in omnichannel communication operations or related project management
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, PBM, or other regulated industries
  • Strong experience with print communications and production workflows
  • Hands-on experience with digital communication channels (email, SMS, automated voice, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
