Communications Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Manager to support a large-scale enterprise-wide transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for enterprise initiatives, measuring effectiveness and optimizing based on feedback
• Serve as the primary communications contact for program teams, consulting on messaging strategy and execution
• Create executive-level communications materials, including presentations, town hall content, and internal announcements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise-level employee communications, particularly for large-scale transformations or SaaS implementations
• Strong ability to create tailored communications for diverse audiences across various organizational levels
• Experience developing executive-facing materials, including presentations and briefing documents
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and familiarity with Microsoft Teams
• Strong understanding of change management principles and enterprise communication strategies
