Job Summary

Communications Manager, a full-time remote position, is responsible for supporting patient growth and brand perception through strategic messaging, content creation, and modern communications practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of internal and external communications across various channels
• Oversee content creation and social media management while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Support public relations efforts and assist in crisis communications and messaging coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant job experience in content strategy or communications
• Experience in social media management and content development is required
• Healthcare or multi-location consumer services experience is preferred
• Familiarity with AI-enabled content generation platforms is advantageous
