Communications Manager

Job Summary

To execute corporate communications functions including public relations and internal communications, the full-time Manager of Communications will manage media relationships, develop messaging, and support executive visibility in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute PR and corporate communications programs, managing agency relationships and tracking performance
• Support crisis communications planning and maintain frameworks for sensitive business moments
• Oversee internal communications initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of organizational updates and employee engagement

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate communications
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, or HR technology organizations preferred
• Hands-on experience managing PR agency relationships and external communications partners
• Demonstrated experience supporting crisis communications and executive communications initiatives
• Strong writing and messaging skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
