Job Summary

To support a growing communications function, the full-time remote Communications Manager will manage media relations, oversee events and awards, and coordinate internal communications to enhance brand visibility and team alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, manage press inquiries, and enhance Boulder's LinkedIn presence
  • Coordinate event participation, manage award submissions, and track recognition opportunities in the healthcare space
  • Draft and manage internal communications, including newsletters and All Hands meetings, to keep the team informed and engaged
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in communications, PR, or media relations
  • Experience in an agency or lean in-house team
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt voice and format for various communications
  • Intellectual curiosity and mission alignment, with a preference for candidates with healthcare or health tech experience
