Job Summary

To support a growing communications team, the full-time temporary Communications Manager will manage media relations, drive proactive storytelling initiatives, and collaborate across divisions to enhance product communications in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Spearhead media relations for product launches, securing placements in tech and consumer publications
• Develop and execute proactive storytelling initiatives that resonate with Gen-Z trends and cultural milestones
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and partnership teams to create effective press and social publisher strategies

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in public relations, journalism, or social media
• Established relationships with media professionals in consumer tech and youth culture
• Proven ability to generate media interest and manage campaigns for consumer-facing products
• Exceptional writing skills for press releases, blog entries, and social media content
• High school diploma or equivalent required
