Job Summary

Leading high-profile projects and events, the full-time remote Manager of Communications will oversee employee engagement initiatives and collaborate with senior managers to establish strategic plans for Progressive's HR Solutions team.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and execute high-profile communication projects and events related to HR initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic communication plans and objectives
  • Drive enhancements in communication tools and campaigns by leveraging design and technology
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of eleven years of property casualty insurance experience or professional experience in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing
  • At least three years of experience leading people and/or cross-functional teams
  • OR a Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field and eight years of relevant professional experience
