Communications Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Communications Manager, the full-time position will support media relations, public relations programs, and employee communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Support U.S. media relations efforts, including story development and pitch coordination
• Prepare spokespeople for media engagements by developing messaging and briefing materials
• Track, analyze, and report on U.S. PR performance to refine execution and support reputation management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of PR or communications experience, including U.S. media relations in B2B or fintech environments
• Proven experience securing coverage in relevant media sectors
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a solid understanding of AP style
• Experience preparing executives for media engagements and supporting thought leadership programs
