Communications Manager

Job Summary

To elevate internal and external communications, the full-time Communications Manager will develop strategies, manage media relations, and ensure consistent messaging while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive internal communications strategy to enhance employee engagement and organizational alignment
• Manage external communications, including press releases and media outreach, while supporting merger and acquisition messaging
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels, ensuring alignment with company values and culture

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, preferably in the professional services or engineering industry
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with proficiency in AP Style preferred
• Experience managing internal communications and supporting change management initiatives
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and familiarity with PR and media platforms such as Cision or Meltwater
