Job Summary

Owning Brinqa's external and internal communications strategy, the full-time Communications Manager will manage PR efforts, create executive thought leadership content, and oversee social media engagement, all while working remotely or in Austin.

Key responsibilities

• Set direction and manage PR agency, preparing executives for media engagements and tracking coverage
• Ghost-write bylines and communications for executive leadership to align with Brinqa's brand voice
• Develop and execute social media strategies, managing content calendars and performance tracking across platforms

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in communications, PR, or social media, preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity
• Proven track record of securing media coverage and managing PR agencies
• Excellent writing skills with adaptability across various communication formats
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Octopost
• Familiarity with community engagement on platforms such as Reddit
