Communications Manager, Climate Change

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Manager, Climate Change & Environmental Justice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage communications planning and strategy for all CCEJ initiatives
• Oversee media relations and identify opportunities for story placements
• Support the planning and marketing of CCEJ events and trainings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 4-5 years of experience in communications, focusing on environmental or climate issues
• Demonstrated knowledge of climate change and environmental justice concepts
• Experience developing communications strategies for complex programs
• Experience managing media relations and representing organizations to external stakeholders
