Job Summary

Leading the narratives that shape public understanding of crypto, the full-time Communications Manager, Policy will own the communications strategy for high-stakes legislative and regulatory initiatives, collaborating with legal and policy teams to translate complex positions into compelling stories while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the communications strategy for legislative and regulatory initiatives, ensuring a consistent voice across policy moments
• Partner with legal and policy teams to create public narratives from complex litigation and regulatory filings
• Drive digital communications and lead earned media execution to influence public opinion and engage with policymakers

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in high-stakes political communications, with experience in Congressional offices or political campaigns
• Proven track record as a spokesperson managing national media inquiries with disciplined messaging
• Demonstrated ability to drive news cycles and public opinion through digital platforms
• Deep understanding of the US regulatory and legislative landscape, with experience in translating policy complexity
• Established relationships with Tier 1 political and financial journalists resulting in earned media coverage
