Job Summary

Leading the narratives that shape public understanding of crypto, the full-time Communications Manager, Policy will own the communications strategy for high-stakes legislative and regulatory initiatives while working remotely and collaborating with legal and policy teams to translate complex positions into compelling stories.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the communications strategy for legislative and regulatory initiatives, ensuring a consistent voice across policy moments
• Partner with legal and policy teams to create public narratives from complex litigation and regulatory filings
• Drive earned media execution and digital communications to engage policymakers and the crypto community

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years in high-stakes political communications with experience in Congressional offices or political campaigns
• Proven track record managing national media inquiries with disciplined messaging
• Demonstrated ability to influence public opinion through digital platforms
• Deep understanding of the US regulatory and legislative landscape
• Established relationships with Tier 1 political and financial journalists for earned coverage
