Communications Outreach Specialist
Job Summary
To support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the full-time Communications Outreach Specialist will assist in developing and executing strategic communications and outreach initiatives primarily in a remote capacity, focusing on increasing awareness and adoption of USCIS Verification programs and services.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and execution of strategic communications and outreach initiatives
- Develop communications materials to build brand and product awareness through targeted media campaigns
- Support stakeholder engagement and analyze outreach results and stakeholder feedback
Required qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for government clearances
- 2+ years of experience in developing communications materials for brand and product awareness
- BS/BA in Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Communications, or a related field
