Communications Program Manager

Job Summary

To provide temporary coverage for a business operations organization, the remote Communications Program Manager will develop and execute communications strategies, create and maintain content, and support organizational initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications strategies that align messaging across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
• Create, publish, and maintain content while auditing existing communications channels for improvement
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture action items, and translate discussions into actionable plans

Required qualifications

• Professional experience in communications, program management, or a related field
• Hands-on experience developing and publishing content using enterprise communication platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive-level communications
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
