Job Summary

Leading cross-functional communications project coordination, the full-time remote Communications Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the Internal Communications team and internal partners, supporting project management, stakeholder engagement, and the development of a strategic communications framework.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage complex communications projects with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on digital workplace governance and metrics
  • Facilitate stakeholder input and drive processes toward clear outcomes through effective collaboration
Required qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in internal communications or organizational engagement with progression into strategic responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, organizational studies, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with defined deliverables and timelines
  • Experience in developing written communications for internal audiences and synthesizing complex information
  • Working knowledge of digital workplace platforms and internal communications practices
