Communications Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the Global Customer Experience Enablement team, the part-time contract Communications Project Manager will plan, create, and coordinate communication activities for both internal and external audiences while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a dynamic portfolio of communications to enhance awareness and engagement
• Partner with senior leadership to identify key messages and initiatives requiring communication support
• Write and curate content for various channels, including SharePoint and executive updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in integrated Marketing Communications or Project Management with a focus on communications
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
