Job Summary
To support the Global Customer Experience Enablement team, the part-time contract Communications Project Manager will plan, create, and coordinate communication activities for both internal and external audiences while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a dynamic portfolio of communications to enhance awareness and engagement
- Partner with senior leadership to identify key messages and initiatives requiring communication support
- Write and curate content for various channels, including SharePoint and executive updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in integrated Marketing Communications or Project Management with a focus on communications
- Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
