Communications Project Manager

Job Summary

To architect and execute high-visibility corporate narratives for a global enterprise transformation program, the contract Communications Project Manager will manage omnichannel communication strategies, formulate executive narratives, and amplify strategic program wins while working remotely in EST or CST hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and execute end-to-end omnichannel communications strategies to align enterprise transformation milestones with strategic business objectives
• Formulate high-impact executive narratives and data-driven proposals across various communication touchpoints
• Amplify strategic program wins across Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and corporate intranet channels to enhance organizational alignment and brand reputation

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in strategic corporate communications or executive messaging
• Expertise in advanced presentation design using Microsoft PowerPoint and digital content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven track record of developing executive-level storytelling in complex environments
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, or equivalent practical experience
