Communications Relationship Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Relationship Director for People Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic communications partner to the Chief People Officer and leadership team
• Develop and execute communication strategies for major People Solutions initiatives
• Partner with People Solutions Business Partners to equip leaders with communication resources

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of communications experience, preferably in employee communications and organizational change
• Experience advising senior executives and navigating complex organizations
• Proven ability to translate technical content into engaging narratives
• Strong writing and presentation skills across multiple formats and channels
