Job Summary
Leading comprehensive communications research and program evaluations, the full-time remote Communications Research & Evaluation Manager will manage a small research team, provide technical advice on methodologies, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research to evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns
- Coordinate internal resources and external consultants to execute evaluation and research studies
- Develop project plans and establish quality assurance processes to ensure technical accuracy and integrity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, health, science, or a relevant field
- 10 years of experience, including 2 years in project management and 6 years in evaluation methods
- 2 years focused on communications research
- Technical experience with qualitative and quantitative evaluations
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
